Kinematics

It is possible to integrate kinematics within metal tools to:

  • compress non-compacting preforms
  • make easier the part release
  • eliminate trimming and bonding operations

Thermal Expertise

We integrate the heating system within the tool to optimize the:

  • inserts made by laser sintering of metal powders within the tool (conformal cooling/heating)

  • CMM inspections (laser tracker or probe heads)
  • Leak tests
  • Heating/Cooling tests
  • Control of tool temperature with an infrared camera
  • First parts with the process and material used for the production
