Extrusion Blowmoulding

Process Description

Parison (molten plastics) goes down thanks to the gravity. Both halves of the tool is closed around the parison. At the bottom the parison is sealed and at the top a knife cut the parison excess. Some air is blown into the parison to inflate it to the tool shape. The parison cools down and the tool opens. The part is ejected.
